Ripoff, double billing, fraudulent billing, refund refusal

I had 3 checks bounce combined totaling $20. Upon review of my bank records AOL had been double billing for 6 months. After numerous attempts Although only one account had been used they would only refund the amount of 3 months service and no bank fees.

I requested cancellation. They offered 2 months free service. I refused. They then offered 3 months free service. I accepted thinking I would get my refund thru service. After 2 months free service my bank account was charged again. I cancelled service and have since received several calls from Aol offering free month to come back. Never again!
