I signed up for the internet service and then promptly cancelled because they did not rely information about the service properly to me. I sent them a cancellation email, per their request, and then found out the service would be cancelled at the end of the month. Why? They also charged me the next day. I called to get my money back and the customer service girl was extremely unhelpful and rude and did nothing to help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she would not speak to me. That is not how customer service works. This company is full of rude people that are just trying to take your money. I was told the billing department (that conveniently doesn't take calls from customers) would review my account after cancellation to decide whether I get my money back or not. Well, I better get it back. Do not use this service!!!
