I ordered an arrangement for a funeral. They showed online full of roses, that was the "regular" or more humbble of the 3 offers they have: Premium and Deluxe, of course with good scalating prices. If I would order the Deluxe you expect it will be a lot better than the regular... Didn't even matched the basic in the online picture! And suposse to be "Deluxe"
This was to represent a hole company of workers with the pass of her young boss. How dou you think every body feels to se the arrangement was one of the worst? I particulary feel terrible bad that I happen to choose such a deceiving company that besides charge 14% tax in a Florida delivery because it comes from "Washington"... Flowers for next day??
I won't get a refund at this point But to the people if you do not want to feel you were riped off... Do not order from this company... Never
