I ordered a flower arrangement titled "Life of the Party" for my sister's 50th Birthday. What she received was nothing like the arrangement shown on the website. The picture they have was also shown as the basic arrangement. I opted for the Deluxe one which is suppose to add to the basic arrangement. Called many times, was hung up on, finally spoke to manager, she wanted to give me $10 refund!!! What a joke! They wouldn't even send another one comparable. Spoke to 5-6 different people including managers and they all gave me incorrect info and wrong phone numbers to call. They have pictures on their website and what is delivered made me look like the biggest cheapskate ever. One on website was bright and cheerful, one sent was for someone who died and couldn't see it. No one was willing to work with me. They needed my sister there at a time when she couldn't be so they could go pick up the original ugly one they sent her before they would even consider delivering a different one. I just wanted something cheerful and pretty. I feel they give false advertising with all their beautiful pictures and pricing. Will NEVER do business with them or company like them again. Beware!
