I will NEVER AGAIN use goflowers.net. I paid good money to have a bouquet of flowers delivered to my mother for her birthday. My mother sends me a picture of the supposed arrangement you had delivered and it isn't anything like the picture. Http://www.goflowers.net/review/product/list/id/466/category/39/

Yes, it has lavender roses and some greens but it's missing the white flowers and more greens as well as the aesthetics of the arrangement. It looks like a well trained monkey or a 3 year old arrangement, and this was done by a Designer??? UNBELIEVABLE! I paid close to $100.00 (including delivery and tax) and this is so called exceptional service I receive..? Despicable. The arrangement itself wasn't beautiful. It was not aesthetically pleasing! It looked like it had been done in a hurry without any thought or a demonstration of a meticulous touch. My 5 year old niece could do a much better job!

My wife and I have been trying to speak to your customer service over and over again. We sent a photo of the picture and each of your customer service representatives declared it to be "close enough" when the matter of point was that online one could choose either two options: AS SHOWN or pay extra for the DELUXE. The phrase "close enough" is not at all similar to "AS SHOWN". Terrible service and misrepresentation of your goods. FLat out lying for money. One of your representatives had the audacity to flippantly say when my wife expressed her disappointment in the arrangement that it had been delivered on time, as if that should be enough. Her attitude was (not her exact words) "So what if the arrangement wasn't perfect, at least it was delivered on time." When the delivery compared to the arrangement had no bearing on each other. Due to the fact that we paid $9.99 for the delivery charge. A different charge from the actual bouquet of $88.00. Because I paid for the delivery of course the flowers should be delivered on time. THE END.

I intend to tell everyone (and my mother will also be telling everyone) never to use your so-called "exceptional" service. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau of your pernicious and sleazy practice of misrepresenting your company. You should change your website wording.instead of having "AS SHOWN" put "CLOSE ENOUGH". That would be an accurate statement of your business practice and so-called guarantee.
