I ordered the DELUXE version of the "Enchanted Cottage" arrangement and got something that looked like my niece had picked them from the yard! I was SO angry/frustrated, that I called the florist. She explained that Teleflora puts the flower arrangements with the pricing on the website, but that they never update the pricing. I understand inflation and how the cost of everything goes up, so I really DON'T blame the florist; she did the best she could for the price that was given. Troy Flower & Gift Shop is NOT the target of my complaint - Teleflora is! The Deluxe arrangement I bought&AND PAID FOR&was BEAUTIFUL! The arrangement that was delivered was scant and a piss-poor comparison. I will deal directly with the florists from now on; at least I'll get a better idea up-front of what the recipient will actually get!
