We bought 2 computers the day after Thanksgiving. We had the ad in hand and stood in line in the rain for 2 hours. We were 5th in line. Had to order on a computer in the store, computers were mailed to us, as per the ad.
HP sent all the (small) rebates promised by them. Office Depot denied our rebate saying we did not purchase the computers in the store even though we had store printed receipts.
Emailed and phoned rebate center many times, resent proof of purchases, still denied. Then finally told even if we had qualified now the promotion is over and will not get paid.
2 X 200.00 = $400.00 rip of from a major, supposedly reputable, company.
Some representatives politely said no - others quite rude.
