I bought 2 lap top computers from office depot plus a printer that was advertised as free with a 50.00 rebate with one of the lap tops purchased. I folowed the rebate details to the letter. I have not received no letter or anything saying it was rejected, i finally got on line, to track it. And the rebates were rejected, they gave a phone number to call i called the number and it said rebates were no longer handled by them, they gave another number to call. Which i did and it refered me to office depot web site to check on rebate, is this a run around, hell yea it is.
Also i used my office depot advantage cared when i purchased the computers, by using the advantage card to make purchases you earn money that they send you. Anyway when i checked my account they had no record i used my acount to buy these computers, so they ripped nme off there also
I hope office depot thinks it was worth keeping my 450.00 in rebates because thats all they will ever get from me, i will drive the 20 miles to
