I ordered two items through amazon using a debit card. I don't know if I keyed in a wrong number somewhere, but apparently there was a problem debitting my account. Even so the merchandise was sent out to me and the bill passed on to a collection agency less than a month after my purchase. At no time did anyone from amazon contact concerning my billing problem. Now the collection agency is charging me $20 per transaction!
I have tried emailing and calling amazon with no satisfaction only frustration gained.
