I ordered personalized candles for favors for my child's christening. The company billed my credit card, but has not sent me the candles.
I have called the company numerous times and left voice messages and have sent several e mails. They have yet to respond. The candles should have arrived approximately 2 weeks ago.
They also billed my credit card for more money than they stated it would cost. Now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get my money back, and I don't have any favors for the Christening.
