Ripoff They don't guarantee there reairs or hardware replaced

The power button broke on my computer. It was the plastic part on the power button that broke. When they sent someone to repair it they replaced the power switch and had to order the plastic part that is on the outside of the power button. They also preplaced the hardrive because the support line said the hardrive was causing problems. They replaced that and it still didnt work. So the ordered a mother board. This was all done in february and March of this year. It took them at least 3 or 4 weeks to wait for the parts to be shipped.

They never extended my warranty like they were suppose to for taking so long.
My warranty expired in April of this year and I called at least 3 or 4 times prior to the warranty ending. My power switck wouldn't work, the plastic button on the outside of the computer to turn the power on broke again and the guy I spoke to said it was a cosmetic issue and the warranty doesn't cover cosmetic parts. I tried explaing to him it was not only the plastic part but the power switch wouldn't work properly. My computer would go on but the computer didn't boot up and my screen wasn't going on. It would flash something I don't remember what it said.

They transferred me to the software department becasue they said it was a software issue. It took me at least 45 minute total before I finally spoke to someone in software only to have him say it is a hardware issue so he was going to transfer me back and then hung up on me.By the time I called back they were closed so I had to wait to the next day only to get the run around again. I must have spoke to at least 4 or 5 people and all I got was the run around. I am disabled and I was in severe pain on top of being extremely stressed out and I was so mad I had an anxiety attack when they hung up on me again. I called the next day and now they say my warranty was up so they wouldn't help me. I told them I called to complain about parts they only put in maybe 1 to 1 1/2 months prior maybe less.

They said they couldn't help me because the warranty was over. Maybe if they took care of me when I called when my warranty was still valid I wouldn't be getting the run around. About a few weeks later I called again and finally got to speak to a supervisor who said he was going to help me he had me try some thing to get it to work and it didnt and then he said he was going to speak to a Manager since I had called prior to my warranty ending. He told me to call back in a few days.

When I did they said no body with his name worked there. I have all the times, dates and names of everyone I spoke to and they say I never caleed to tell them any of this. There crazy and I have witnesses who were here with me when I was on hold waiting for my call to be answered and then when I got through and every conversation and attempt to get through I made sure someone was here to witness the hassle I went through. I even had the phone on speaker phone because I can't hold the phone up to my ear for more then 10:00 minutes.

This Company is nothing but a rip off and NBC is defauding people when they say that if you have any problems all you need to do is call technical support and they will resolve my problem quickly. Well they don't and I don't appreciated being ripped off paying over $1800.00 for a computer that I only got to use for about 9 months and now it has been broken for about 7 months.

I live on a fixed income because I am permanently disabled and It was suppose to help me pay my bills on line which is much easier for me. But I van't do that because I can't find out where I can buy a motherboard I dont even care if they arent goign to honor the warranty that was still valid when my computer broke. All I want is to find out where and what kind of motherboard I need to buy. I will never ever buy anything from this company ever again

I am clueless where to go from hear and there technical support is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. There useless and they lie
