This company oviously thinks the fair debt collection act is a joke I Wrote them two times requesting debt validation i sent the letters signature required.
They signed for the debt validation letters and did not respond and they are still reporting the collection account on my credit reports at all 3 credit bureas.
I disputed the collection account with the credit bureaus and Lhr inc verified the account as accurate after they received my debt validation request.
