I bought my two teenagers ipod videos for christmas, along with the Protection Plan Plus, which was sold as an instant replacement for anything that could go wrong.

Now, 3.5 weeks after my teen son's IPOD broke, and going to the store to replace it only to be told it had to be mailed in and that a coupon would be mailed within a week for a replacement at the store of the most current model sold, I'm told that it will still be days before the son receives a replacement IPOD of the same model/make as the one we purchased.

This is not what I bought when I purchased the insurance plan. This is nothing less than bait and switch and is morraly corrupt if not illegal!
