Did not receive merchandise from Bidz.com - a month later I received a bill from Bill-Me-Later... I contacted them to tell them I never received any merchandise - they said to contact Bidz.com - who "finally" refunded a portion of the amount billed - leaving a balance of $20.65 - which continues to have late fees and interest charges added to it - as of Sept - the balance is over $80 FOR SOMETHING I NEVER RECEIVED!!!
They [Bill-Me-Later] have been no help, and their customer service rep actually yelled at me on the telephone and told me that it was my problem and that I need to contact Bidz.com (yeah right) look up all the complaints about "them"...)
Then he tells me that - the amount was for re-stocking fees! (how did he knowhmmm?) Re-Stocking!!! For What? I never received the merchandise - so I never had a chance to inspect it or the opportunity to return it if I wanted to!!! This is an outright RIP OFF and now I have to worry about my credit report because of the fraudulent actions of these two companies working in cahoots!!!
It is outright FRAUD to be billed for something I did not receive. All I want is the $20.65 credited to the Bill-Me-Later Account so they will cancel the late fees and interest and put this whole nightmare behind me.
