I purchased a X2gen 19" LCD from E-Cost.com. On 23 February I complied with the requirements of the rebate and sent all forms to X2gen.in May I inquired about the status of my rebate via e-mail. X2gen informed me they could not find my submission and please resend. This I did via e-mail. Again I inquired in July about the status of the rebate. X2gen informed me that they had contracted with a third party to handle all rebates. I was told to contact the third party. This I did. The third party informed me that they had no record of my submission and that unless I had sent it via registered mail and had a receipt number -forget it!
This is pure poppycock!
