Same old. Same old. Purchased a 17" LCD monitor. Send in complete and accurate rebate form on March 13. Nothing. Sent follow-up letter with a photocopy of rebate form in mid-July. Nothing again. The concept of a rebate is dumb in the first place, the length of time to get the rebate is even worse, but non-payment is what really gives it a black eye.
Ya think I'll ever buy anything from X2Gen again? Or the retailer I bought it from? The retailer is really the one who has the power to stop this kind of stuff by refusing to carry their products.
