I am sick and tired of these people saying that they can't lower interest rates. This is America for goodness sakes. I just got off the phone after trying to go through 3 supervisors and them telling me that there is no way that the interest rate, that I am being charged can't be changed. What a crock of crap.
My husband and I have purchased at least 3 to 4 computers through Dell. Now you would think, that we would have at least deserved some kind of recognition for that. I am going to bad mouth Dell and their affliated companies any way I can. This is America and I am getting sick and tired of companies, like Dell taking advantage of the little guys. If it weren't for us, there wouldn't be a Dell. They are charging me 29.99% interest, now tell me doesn't that seem alittle on the extreme side?
What is it, that we as the consumer can do? The only thing, that we can start doing is ban together against these companies. I was on the phone for 45 minutes to these jerkoffs. Went through 3 supervisors, 2 of them I could barely understand. If this is the way that Dell Financial Services is going to treat loyal customers, I will buy my computers elsewhere and not get put on hold for long minutes at a time.
I think everyone needs to start telling these companies that they can't keep getting so rich of us people struggling to get by. They definitely know, how to take advantage of people, they have that thoroughly figured out. Thanks for your time.
