I purchased an X2Gen 17" monitor in March with a $99 rebate that has never come despite much pestering on my part. The rebate has been "approved" for months, but hasn't been sent to me.
It's now August and Computer World Solutions just gives me the run around when I call at 630-694-1400. Their other number has a "mailbox is full" message.
I've been pursuing the matter online with Rebate Systems, Inc., www.rebatesystems.com, but I'm getting the sneaking suspicion I've been had.incidentally, Rebate Systems, Inc. Has no phone number listed.
My Google search for "X2Gen, rebate, ripoff" lead me here, where I've found my situation is not an isolated case.
