Ripoff not giving refund for cancelled item

I ordered from them 3 months ago, a month ago they canceled it, because they didn't even have it, but said they did, even after i paid for it. Now a month has gone by and i still have not gotten my money back 312 dollars. They hardly ever answer my emails, and have no other point of contact, so i email everyday, and now it seems, they have stopped writing me. This is the second time i have reported them
