I ordered a system for gift on December 28. They took the money for the merchandise and never sent the product. They promised a refund, said they were under new management and never received the money or a tracking number for the merchandise from the get go. I can not get my money back from the bank either.
It has been past 60 days so I am out $719.90 dollars. I filled a police report with the bank and still am at a loss.
