Ordered speaker for my son as a birthday gift last March. After not receiving same and numerous emails later I found out item was not in stock. I requested refund and was promised same. Never received refund although owner stated it had been issued on numerous occasions.
Filed complaint with LA Better Business Bureau (company has "D" rating). Again as a resolution to the complaint the company said it would issue a refund.
Never saw refund.
Have filed comlaint with FBI Internet Fraud Unit. Have not heard anything as of yet.
Has been over seven (7) months. Company has not come through on their promise for refund.
Any rebuttal from the company to this complaint may sound nice but are empty words.
