I have purchased a bag from them for $540.00 in march but once I received it I have noticed that it was not authentic and wanted a refund back. On their site it states that they will 100% guarantee to refund money if not satisfied.
So I have returned the item and they said they will credit my account in couple days and after I never heard from them or received the refund.
They do not respond to my emails and I'm not the first victim to be going through this from them. Please if there is any thing that might be able to be done in order for me to get my money from them somebody please help.
