I purchased a 100% authentic gauranteed Louis Vuitton Handbag from Bergacci.com. I had the handbag checked at a local retailer and they assured me it was a FAKE. I sent the handbag back within their 14 day return policy. This handbag was sent back certified mail/return receipt. It was signed for and accepted by the company, but I never received the credit due to my credit card. I called Bergacci's Toll free number which has been disconnected. I have left several email's with their return department and have received no response. I got another phone number for them from my credit card company, left a message and no return call.
Now I have filed a dispute with my credit card trying to get back my $560.00. Still waiting for a response from my credit card company. This has been going on for 2 months now.
Buyers be aware of internet companies like this one. They offer a 100% money back gaurantee and return policy but RIPP YOU OFF IN THE END.
