I asked for a full refund as it states that it was a money back guarantee. I've been trying since March to get a refund and until this day, I have not received it. She e-mailed me on 06/30 stating:

Sorry for this inconvenience.

In our end we have successfully process your refund as resulted from our inquiry in our database. Please allow another 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to facilitate the full refund notice. Please bear with them. Try to follow up or verify with your bank or credit card provider the status of your full refund. We are apologizing for this matter.
We will forward this overdue refund to our department manager and expect to be contact by email or call back within the next 24 to 48 hours. Please email back your best time to be called and your phone number.

But I have not received any money nor was I contacted. Now fastsupportlive.com at Customer Support said my 90-day money back guarantee was pass due and they are not going to refund me any money.
