I signed up for a membership with ICarFinder. The cost of the membership was $35. The website claims they have a money back guarantee. After I realized this website was not what I was looking for I requested a refund.
An email was sent back to me saying that because I already have received full access that I can not get a refund until 45 days. The money back guarantee states that you can get your money back within 90 days. I requested another refund after 45 days and they sent me the same email as before.
I have continued to send ICarFinder emails on a daily basis. Most of the time they do not even respond to my emails. I have told them numerous times that it is past 45 days and I am expecting a full refund immediately.
