I purchased cologne from this company for $59.90. On their site they had a whole section on their money back garauntee. I sent the product back within 10 days. Sent them 5-6 emails

I purchased cologne from Pherx.com for $59.90 with the promise of a 90 guarantee. Thr Guarantee was clearly stated on their Web site. I returned the item after about 10 days. Did not use much of it after I decided I did not like it. I sent 6-7 emails requesting my money back after they did not respond. Here is one email I sent.

Dear Pherx Inc.

A number of weeks ago I returned an order, in accordance to my 90 day gaurantee, along with prior order information. However, as of yet I have not been sent a refund check.

Please notify me if the refund has been processed and when I should expect my check as I do not want to take any legal action if it is not necessary. Please email me with information concerning this matter.
