After ordering a Tanzanite pendant from the Marshnet website, I recieved a pale fractured stone in the pendant that looked Nothing like the picture. I called Marshnet and followed Their instruction to return the item. It has now been 11months and 15 days, 40 emails and multiple phone calls AND I have still not recieved a refund.
Every time I call the represenative says they have not ever heard from Me before or that they cannot understand why it is takeing so long. I have copies of original invoice as well as all correspondence from Me to them. Marshnet also sent an email requesting that I verify my paypal by sending them. 01 cents so they could send refund, that was 5 months ago... Yep you guessed it still No Refund. Beware of doing Business with these people.
