I ordered a year subscription of People magazine for $67.99 through this "Company". I realized soon after that I entered my address incorrectly and contacted them immediately. They only had an email so I contacted them through that. They did not respond, and I sent several emails. I continued to send periodic emails (even a year later) and someone finally emailed me back saying that they have sent a new subscription to the correct address and that I would be mailed a full refund check within three days. There was no apology, and now a year later I have still not recieved my refund check or the subscription. I don't even think they have their website anymore...
