Singer Lazer TTorm ripoff did not refund money for item returned no follow up to multiple phone calls or emails phone # did not work Los Angeles

Item was puchased after seeing on TV, but did via website. Once it came the item did NOT come with all promised filters, but these were promised to come. Called to say was returning, they stated to wait and return all together, but nothing ever came, had obtained return # and returned via Fed Ex, no refund, several phone calss each time thaey stated refund would be refunded to the visa within a week, no refund, several emails, reply were automated, one stated that they would follow up with phone call, none recieved. Phone now no longer works and no reply from support site. Never buy from these people!!
