After ordering two items from this Internet jewelry company on December 8, I recieved one item, and it was the incorrect size. I had to return it at my expense—the company stated it woud "give credit" for the shipping expense, but it never did.
One item, a three diamond gold pendant, was never shipped. After repeated, weekly phone calls inquiring as to the status of my order, the complay informed me in February—two months after the order—that the item was no longer available. Apparently, the item was NEVER held in stock by the company.
The company offered a refund for the pendant, which it had charged my VISA accoutn $278.99, plus $11.99 shipping, and I accepted. I have not received a refund as of this date (april 11) despite weekly assurances from the "customer service" women that it was "in process." Attempts to speak to Shannon Bowden, the office manager were unsuccessful, as well were attempts to speak to the owner, Lisha Marsh.
