At first look, this site appears to be an online store for music, movies, and software. The site uses phases such as "With Our new technology, you can download movies up to 300 times faster".
Trouble begins upon selecting any of the links or buttons. Whereas any legitimate web site would allow you to at least browse titles of the music, movies, or software that is offered, this site takes you to a link where you must create a username and enter your email. Upon clicking the "download button" you are taken to a page where you purchase an access plan. Upon selecting and purchasing an access plan, you are emailed another username and password. What you have purchased is NOT access to a database of movie titles or P2P software specifically tailored to this web site. What you have purchased IS a link to a web page that recommends and links to well known and popular P2P software which could be found for free. The CD burning software and download accelerators can also be found for free on other popular software sites.
$30 is a hefty price for a recommendation on popular and free P2P software. It is also worthy to note that the text "Read the terms before continuing" is not visible unless you purposely scroll down the page. It would certainly be easy to miss on most browsers with the default configuration.
