Moviescapital.com CLAIMS to give you unlimited movie downloads - LEGALLY. I quote directly from their website:

I copied and pasted that directly.
For "Unlimited Access" you only have to pay 29.95- a 1 time fee. It claims that this unlimited access gives you (and I quote) "Lifetime access to ALL SECTIONS! Download Movies, DVD's, Mini Series, TV-Shows & More! Backup CD's/DVDs, Create Labels for your DVD's, Watch & Record Online Streams of media like: TV-Shows (24/Lost etc), Music Channels, Sport Channels, News Channels and Much More!"
So I paid the money like a fool expecting to be able to start downloading movies right away. Nope. The "Member's only area" just gives you discounts to video-playing and conversion software to download on your computer, (software you can get anywhere else for probably the same price)
It also RECOMMENDS 6 movie download sites, which you also have to pay for. And the "streaming" media that you "have access" to, are just links to 3rd party websites.
The "members area" is just filled with links that lead you other places. You cannot download or watch movies, or streaming TV directly on the site.
Also the "24/7 Customer support" is a line of BS. I emailed the site's creator, Richard Wilson, to ask him why I couldn't download movies and if I could get a refund. He did not respond until the next day, and this was what he wrote:
"Please read what the FAQ and terms state in regard to what this service offers.
Currently we are going through major changes for direct downloads,
this means that all membership plans will change.
All existing members will get a new username and password to the new site.
As a rule we do not refund, however since the site and concpet are going to change we want to boot out all members who do not want their membership as we do not need this in our new site concept. If you wish we will refund your membership now before this change takes place."
So naturally I said I would like a refund. That was on January 17. It is now Jan 30 and I still have not gotten a refund. So I contacted him again... Nothing.
Please do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from moviescapitcal.com! Even the links he provides are not good b/c you have to pay per download. Movies.com is a RIP OFF!!!
