The company's website was overwhelmingly deceiving. They promised that by purchasing their Satellite TV Cube software, the consumer would have access to over 4,000 channels, which include sports, movies, adult movies, etc.in addition, the company stated that the software would run in version 95, XP models with minimum MHZ, etc. Also, the company stated that they would refund the consumer if not satisfied. Upon purchasing the product, I got access to their so called "State of the Art Technology" software to download. I then learned that such software (PSP, TV Ant, TVU, PPL and Sopcast) are free to download to the public at (Reddacted). Most of these programs are old versions and in Asian language.
Further, their "Satellite TV Cube" software is useless and most channels don't even work. There are no sports, movies, adult movies or other premium channels included in such line up. When I complained by e-mail and requested a refund, the company was slow to respond by e-mail and when they did, they avoided suggesting a refund.in addition, they stated that the software operated better on Pentium 3 or better (not stated so on their website). I disputed the charge to my bank card and I was credited the amount. Beware of this company... It is a rip off!
