Complete RIPOFF! Product never received

I ordered a hard to find (At Christmas time) DVD game for my daughter, paid for 2-7 day shipping and had the item debited from my checking account/debit card. The item was ordered and deducted from my account on 12/09/05 and to date, 1/12/06, I have received no game. I have tried on a daily basis to contact newestrelease.com through email as they list no phone number (smart I guess for a scam company)
I have even mailed a letter to their "physical address" and received NOTHING.

I would highly recommend NOT ordering from this company!!
