Hey, I am very disappointed to read your companies negative complaints (and un-received orders) on Usa Consumer Complaints.com.
I am not even sure if anyone is even going to receive this E-mail after reading about your Companies HISTORY
I thought this looked like an Outstanding company But looks can be deceiving. However, your company still has time to prove me wrong! (Trust me I want to be proved wrong).
My order number is (#6966) for the amount of $175 ($25 for overnight shipping) it has supposedly been processing for the past three days even with overnight shipping.
If my order cannot be received within normal business shipping operations. I will be forced to cancel my order knowing you guys probably won't be assisting me in canceling my order and I will have to go out of my way to contact my creditor.
If I do not receive my package within reasonable overnight shipping standards. I can and will guarantee I will take all necessary actions to make sure Northwest Glass Art's Company does not inconvenience anyone else AGAIN, with their outrages Clams and False Advertising; as they have inconvenienced me.
