Northwest Glass Art looks like a great priced internet shop but is really nothing more than a scam.
I placed an order close to a month ago and it took about 10 days to process it and I still havn't recieved anything even after the order form from their website states that it has been shipped.
Even worse, the customer service sucks. I have emailed them upon repetition to see where my order is and I have NEVER recieved a response. Don't order from this company. Don't let their low prices lure you in because they will scam you.
