I placed an order with Northwest Glass Art on November 25. I then received an email from the company telling me that my order had been sent 1st class mail. On Jan. 5th my order arrived but after opening it I discovered that this was not even the item that I had purchased. So I took some pictures of the item and sent them with an email explaining the mix up.
Later that evening my phone rang and it was a representive of Northwest Glass Art. He informed me that although this was not what I had ordered it was a proto type and much more expensive. I told him that I wanted what I had paid for regardless of the type or expense. The representive said he was sorry and told me to send it back 1st class mail and he'd send my original order immediately. This was Jan. 5 and I have still not received my purchase.
I have emailed them on a daily basis with no reply sometimes emailing them as much as 50 times a day and still nothing. One day I even sent them back their own email sent to me with all the information included to ensure they'd be able to look at the order #OCD65689-41B787FF-735-4DOA8 and try to do the right thing. I asked them to just send my money back instead of the order but still no reply. This item cost me $85.00 and I didn't receive the lollipop pipe either.
I have saved all emails, pictures of the wrong item sent and also have my visa report where I was charged for the item but still never received it. This company is a pro at conning the American public out of it's hard earned money and should be shut down pronto!
