Held sellers money for no good reason with virtually no communication or explanation RIPOFF

I was a new seller and I sold a couple of hot items on Amazon. About 10 days after I started selling, I got an email from them stating that they were going to place a hold on my money for up to 45 days to investigate and verify that everything was a okay with my account. Seemed like a bit of a long time considering there was no reason for that, as there were no customer complaints and I shipped out everything real fast. (and they don't officially have a policy of holding new sellers money for 45 days) I kept on selling stuff until I had around $5000 in my account.

After the 45 days were up, I still couldn't get my money out. So I sent them an email.in the next couple of rounds of email, they basically ignored my repeated requests for my money, and kept on insisting that they will give me my money whenever they complete their investigation. (This, although I still did not have a single customer complaint!!!)

I did eventually get my money after I contacted the BBB, they actually refused to help me because they said I wasn't a consumer only a seller (I felt that wasn't true, because my complaint was as a consumer of amazons services, and not with any of my buyers) but they were willing to pass along the complaint.

I figured I'd let any potential sellers know that Amazon at least for me was a nightmare!!
