Final Value Fees fraudulently applied, used software bugs as excuse Ripoff

Final Value Fees fraudulently applied - used software bugs as excuse - will not close my account.

When creating an eBay page to sell an item, I specified that I would ship to United States only. Winner was from Taiwan. Picked runner up and rejected winner. EBay billed me for two auctions. Would not address the issue in emails.

After I filed a complaint to Better Business Bureau, eBay admitted that I had deleted the auction winner and that they had billed for two sales due to a "software bug". They refunded $60.

This was only after BBB contacted them. You must appeal to a third party to get any meaningful reaction from eBay. I had emailed them three times telling them that I had sold only one item, not two, and their responses were designed to avoid that issue.instead they sent many pages of useless instructions on how to use their site.
Now they will not close my account. I am very uneasy that they still have access to my bank account via PayPal.
