Back in March I called Netzero.com to cancel service with them. It seems they were still charging me $14.95 a month on my bank records. I contacted my bank, Bank of America today 11/29/05 to file a claim against these charges. They said they could only go back 3 months to credit my account. I then contacted Netzero.com by phone, and complained about these ongoing charges. They acknowledged my phone cancellation. They said the best they could do was credit back 3 months = $44.85.
That still leaves $74.75 that cannot be reclaimed What can I do?
