I have NEVER had a NetZero account and now out of nowhere they are charging my credit card. I called netzero customer service @ 866-841-1442 and got a live human that spoke heavily accented broken english and was told the only way he could look up my account was if I gave him my credit card #. I informed them that I will not release that info as they are already illegally charging my card and I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges. Also passing on this info to local law enforcement for investigation.
