It has been brought to my attention that uol.netzero has been charging my bank account a fee of 4.95 dollars every month. I have canceled the account 3 yrs ago
which was a free trial thereof, when i called to ask about this charge they wouldn't tell me anything for the matter! This is outrageous and i demand that netzero takes responsibility in refunding all the money. Also the same lady with a thick accent responds which doesn't get any of the questions and refuses to confirm the cancellation unless i give her my bank account and card number. Therefore they still have my information!
