I just reviewed my bank statement looking for something else and noticed that a charge for UOL*Netzero has been charged on my account for several months now. I haven't had Netzero for over a year and I have been using SBC DSL since September.
I have not authorized anyone to charge me for something that I am not using. I cancelled my account in August. I want the charges taken off and will notify my bank immediately.
