I placed an order for a faceplate for my Audiovox cell phone, and received an email stating that my order has been placed.
Probably about a week later anxiously waiting for my faceplate, I never received it. So I sent an email letting whoever know that I never received what I ordered and that my money had already been taken from my credit card. Received and email 3 days later saying that my order had already been shipped.
Which it had not. I went to the email to try and get a contact number called the number that was given and the number was busy. I called 4 days straight and number was still busy. Tried to get live help but live help was closed. Sent another email after 2 weeks of waiting for my order haven't received a responce. Ive sent nearly 5 or 6 emails with no responce or no order. Don't know what I should do at this point. From reading other compaints I think i'll have to contact credit card company and see what actions I should take.
