Never received complete order!

I first place my order with Nala Grace Bows on Feb 7. The information from her website states that your order will ship within 5 days. After almost 2 weeks, I still had not received my order so I emailed her for an update. She assured me that she had been busy but that the order would go out. About a week later I received the first part of my order. After another email and another few weeks I received a second part of my order. One of the items I ordered was a 10 piece bow set.in the 2nd shipment, I only received 9 pieces! I email her and let her know I still had not received my complete order. This email was not replied to. After 2 more weeks, I forwarded her the email I had sent regarding my incomplete order and let her know if she did not respond, I would be contacting paypal. To this, she replied that she was really sorry and must have missed my email. She assured my that not only would my headband (the missing piece) be sent out immediately but that she would also throw in a few "small goodies" for my inconvenience.

Unfortunately, that was in March and here it is May 24 and I still have not received my complete order. I have sent several more emails to which I also get an automated reply saying that she is very busy and will get back to me as soon as possible but she never does! Don't order from Nala Grace if you want to get the product you order. I'm also really disappointed in her because the quality and size of her bows is actually very nice but that's only if you receive them!
