I placed an order back in November through lightquote.com. I waited the amount of time they said it would take for my order to be received. They charged my credit card before they shipped the order.
When I did not receive my order I contacted them by email, they informed me my order was on backorder and I would receive the order within two weeks.
After two weeks and no order I contacted them again by email and requested a full refund. I was Informed I would see a credit within seven days. No credit was received.
I have sent several emails since. They are not responding at all.
I have no phone number to contact them and no physical address to contact them.
