I purchased a computer online from ecollegpc. It arrived in about a week. I first observed that the plastic plate that was supposed to cover the USB port in front had fallen inside the case (I assume during shipment).
I then discovered that the company had failed to install an internal drive I ordered. I emailed them. Their response was to offer to send me the drive to install myself. I considered this to be justification for returning the computer for a refund.
I paid UPS $26 to return the PC. It took a week to get the refund. And the company charged a 10% restocking fee to the tune of $147.30. They ignored my complaint. I feel they didn't live up to their end of the bargain, and that they should refund the $147.30.
