They have a 30 day 100% satisfaction warranty. I returned it within 30 days of purchase. Return authorization
number is #24409-10691. They received it on May 13th. They said it would take 3 weeks to refund me. Until now I have not received any refund.
The customer service phone number never been answered and I can not receive a call back after leaving a message.
The customer service email is full and out of space, so they can not receive my email.
I have no means to contact them by phone or email.
I did file a complaint through BBB, but I have not heard anything back.
I can not send them this complaint by fax, because they do not have a fax number and I can not send them email about it either.
What can I do to get my money back?
