I had order sneakers from them on 12/16 for a christmas gift after 2 weeks of not receiving them i get an email asking if i got them yet with an excuse that the express mail service they use was backed up due to christmas and thats why i havent received them. I'm told my order is in transit and when i asked for a tracking number it takes them another 3 days to give it to me. When i finally get it i see that the order was never even shipped out till the 29th of december when i email a complaint about that i'm told they will refund my shipping (which was never refunded). On Jan 10 i'm told threw email that they will make sure i receive the shoes within a week, When i dont receive them they offer me a 10% discount at this point i'm so aggravated all i want is my money back, when i say i dont want the shoes and i will send them back on top of getting my money back they try to bribe me to keep them by saying its going to cost me more to send them back then to keep them. On Jan 14 i am promised a full refund if i dont receive the shoes by the 18th. The 18th comes and goes and no sign of the shoes, i send another email asking for my money back and they say they will refund it but it will take 5-7 business days and to check with my bank in a week. Jan 28 i'm told due to the 7 day holiday they just now refunded my money and to check with my bank on thursday Feb 2. I do so still no refund, i send another email asking for a confirmation number for the refund and i get a reply saying i will get it soon. I have been giving nothing but excuse after excuse and i still havent received the sneakers or my money. This is the worse site you could ever buy from and it should be taking down. I cant stress it enough DO NOT buy from this site.
