Back in February I purchased a warrenty package for my car which sounded good and good to have. Paid the down payment got the car guard in the mail took the car to the shop and was told that this car guard can ruin an engine so I decided to cancel the warrrenty it was with in the 30 days. The next month they took the monthly payment out I called continental warrenty and talked to someone they told me I had never canceled the warrenty but they would take care of it. I wanted my refund I canceled it within the 30 days they did not believe me I told them I had the email and when it was sent in my sent file folder so I sent it to them. Then they told me I had to return the car guard So I did. Waited for them to receive it tracked it and everything. Call ed them back to see where my refund was they told me I had to wait the 6 to 8 weeks to receive I was like ok. Well it has been 3 months and no payment has been received. I call the number and get some weird recording stating we are changing something we are unable to receive in coming calls contact us through email. I just want my money.
